Baby Eli was born last Thursday and has decided that he likes the peace and quite of the hospital and wants to stay. He'll probably be here another week while he learns to breathe on his own. Kally, This is Marianne (Maycock) Dunn from freshman year-in case you were a little confused, but I actually stumbled upon your blog and saw the story of your roommate's husband, Sam. I'm so sorry to hear about the accident and hope that he is doing better now. I'm assuming they live in Utah, but I guess I took particular interest because I am currently working as a therapist at a Catastrophic Care Hospital in Atlanta right now that specializes in Spinal Cord Injuries. It is called the Shepherd Center and is one of the top rated hospital/rehabilitation centers in the U.S. for spinal cord injuries. I realize it is across the country, but most of the patients we admit are from out of state.
